1, Diet

Eat very well with a whole food plant-based diet to support the immune system, a plant-based diet especially alkaline foods assist to calm the immune system and support health.  Sugar a processed food can suppress the immune system making you weaker.

 2, Keep Hydrated

Drink plenty of water to keep the throat lubricated and water helps to carry oxygen and nutrients around the body in addition to assisting the removal of toxins which can build up in the body thereby having a negative impact on the body.
